Application
Water based phosphorus extreme pressure agent can be widely used in Turning, drilling, boring, milling, broaching, sawing, grinding, milling, tapping, tapping, gear shaper, stamping, blanking, and drawing metal cutting process. It also can be used in water-based fire resistant hydraulic fluid situation.
Features

4. This chemical can upgrade the formulation of micro emulsion, semi-synthetic metal processing liquid, semi synthetic cutting fluid, total synthesis metal processing liquid, emulsion and saponification liquid, and flame resistant hydraulic fluid lubricant;
Using method
1. This chemical can be added into micro emulsion, semi-synthetic metal working liquid, semi synthetic cutting fluid, the fully synthetic cutting fluid, and flame resistant hydraulic fluid lubrication system.
And the recommended additive amount is 2%-25%; the additive amount is 0.5%-2% in water based lubricant working fluid system;
2. Stirring before use, mixing slowly and stirring fully;
